Wing Cup Floor Hockey Rules

|
- Play shall be accordance with the current Canadian Ball Hockey Association rules.
- Each team may have a maximum of 12 players dressed per game. A minimum of 6 players is required at the beginning of each match.
- Play will be two, 20 minute straight time periods. The last 5 minutes will be stop time; unless one team is ahead by 5 or more goals. Changing of players is to be done during play, unless stop time is being played.
- Overtime will be accordance with the current CBHA rule book and be played only during playoff game(s).
- If a team is 15 minutes late for a match, that team will forfeit the match to the opposing team by a score of 5 – 0.
- The type of competition will be accordance with Wing Cup Sport By-laws, Chapter 4, para 402.
- Ties to determine play-off positions will be broken in accordance with the Wing Cup Sports By-laws, Chapter 4, and para 403.
- The following point system will be used:
i. Win 4 points
ii. Tie 2 points
iii. Loss 1 point
iv. Default 0 points
- The type of stick used at the championship will be up to the organizer, providing it conforms with the current CBHA rules. No wooden sticks allowed on the floor.
