Notes:
- This rate applies to any federal agency whose employment requires maintaining a mandatory fitness standard. All CAT III Federal agency employee applications other than RCMP must be approved through or by the FFSD.
- Sponsorship applicants must contact (CSD) Ken Doucette (721-8553) for application. Final approval FFSD (721-5758).
- Must have a full time serving Military, DND or NPF employee as sponsor, who must sign application form when applying. No charge for children 5 years and under as of 1 Jan 10
- Guests using facilities as a Drop In must be signed in by military member or GAP holder.
Maximum three guests. DND and NPF employees are welcome to pay a drop in fee at any time with a DND ID.
Must be 12 yrs of age or older to sponsor a patron.
- Cancelled Pass: For members cancelling their memberships, an administrative fee will be assessed prior to reimbursement (10% of the annual fee).
- Lost passes: A $5 dollar administration fee will be charged to replace a lost card.
