Step Aerobics:
Want to have fun, listen to cool tunes and get a great workout all at the same time? Come join us in this multi-level cardiovascular class that is suitable for all fitness levels. You will be focusing on movements utilizing the step while incorporating muscle conditioning and kickboxing intervals. Each class is finished off with a 10-15 minute abdominal/core workout.

Boot Camp:
Want to step up you're workout? This class is sure to get your heart pumping, body sweating and muscles burning. Each week we’ll shake things up a bit by changing the style of the workout. The class incorporates athletic drills and body weight exercises, providing a s fast paced, interval style workout without the the fancy footwork. Low Impact exercises will be demonstrated, as well as lower to higher intensity body resistance exercises. . You’ll have a blast as we target as many muscles as possible with fun and creative exercises. So bring your sneakers, a buddy & lots of energy...

Are you intimidated and confused with the equipment in the weight room? Are you new to weight training? If so, please check out our new class "Women on Weights". This class is designed for women who would like to learn the proper mechanics of weight training and body toning while focusing on muscular strength and endurance. In this class you will get an effective full body work out!

Aqua Fitness:
Come and join us for a fun workout! This class creates no impact on the joints and offers a great abdominal work out. It combines jogging, dance moves, and muscle conditioning.

Yoga:
geared for all levels and are open to men and women. Gentle flowing yoga combines breathing techniques with yoga postures to help participants lean to relax as well as great a great workout. Yoga helps strengthen muscles, stretch out tightness, and liberate tension in order to feel lighter, move more freely, and breathe more deeply. Classes will focus on strength, flexibility, breathing, and relaxation, including muscular locks and postures. Each class begins with a short meditation, followed by warm-up postures, a posture flow, ended with a guided relaxation.

Pilates:
a mind-body workout that focuses on the body's core stability by strengthening its deep abdominal and back muscles. Participants are encouraged to work with the dynamics of their body to allow for increased flexibility and endurance. Pilates promotes good posture and allows for the development of long lean muscles. Participants are guided through the exercises with Certified Pilates Instructors, ensuring correct placement. The class is progressive and promises to challenge everybody to learn to use his or her body in a functional, fun and safe way.
Pilates I: For those who have not done Pilates or need to have their skills refreshed. Drop-ins not permitted.
Pilates II: For the more experienced participant. Prerequisite is Pilates.

Pilates and Yoga on the Ball:
the ball is used to support and help deepen the practice of both Pilates and Yoga. It can make the exercises either more challenging or easier depending on the activity. Using the ball challenges the core muscles, making it a great compliment to both Yoga and Pilates.

Youth Weight Training:
Youth are introduced to the world of fitness through weight training. Fitness professionals will guide youth through all the elements of a successful and safe weight-training program. Classes will also offer valuable information on nutrition, the dangers of supplements, and cardiovascular training.
